I cut the image and used 3D-Foam. The brown shape is made with a Spellbinders Nestabilities Die called "Large Octagons". To give it a special touch I just cut out a smaller shape in white cardstock and used then a Cuttlebug Embossing Folder "Perfectly Paisley".

Medium: Memento Dye Ink Tuxedo Black and Copic Sketch Markers.
Embellishments: Ribbon is from my stash, Pink Flowers are from Wildorchidcrafts, Stickles are "Cotton Candy" and "Cinnamon", Pearls SB787 "Hot Pink" from KaiserCraft, Say it in Pearls "Mixed Crystals Brown" from Prima Marketing.
