These terms do not apply for store owners. After your wholesale account has been established you're receiving our wholesale terms.
1. General
All prices are VAT included
2. Payment and payment methods
2.1 Billing is in euro.
2.2 Payment is to be made in full before shipment either by :
European bank transfer (IBAN and BIC/SWIFT code): you receive our bank account number as soon as your order has been processed. This to prevent that you pay the wrong amount if an ordered product should be out of stock.
Please take note that only European customers can pay by bank transfer.
Credit card: use Paypal during checkout to securely pay with your credit card
3. Shipping
3.1 All shipments are send by TNT Post Netherlands and/or the Belgian Post.
3.2 Please take note that most orders can be shipped in a envelop, so we cannot provide you with a tracking number.
3.3 Your parcel will be handled by other companies, should your parcel be lost and/or damaged during transit we cannot be held responsible.
3.4 All orders are being shipped once a week on Monday in the Netherlands.
3.5 Belgian orders are being shipped on a daily basis.
4. Shipping cost, rates and handling
4.1 Shipping cost being shown during checkout is pretty accurate. However shipping cost is based on weight and can be different then being shown. Should this be the case you'll receive an adjusted invoice with the exact amount.
4.2 Shipping rates are being determined by bpost Belgium and TNT Post Netherlands. No extra charges are being applied by us.
4.3 We only ship priority mail so you have your new stamps a.s.a.p.
4.4 No handling charges are applied.
5. Returns
All sales are final, no returns are accepted.
6. Warranty
We are proud to offer only the best available quality rubber stamps.
Although it is exceptional but should you bought a stamp giving not the proper and required image you can send us an email with a stamped image of that specific stamp.
We gladly replace the bad stamp for a new one if you contacted us within a period of 2 weeks after you received your order. After this period no complaints will be accepted for replacement.
7. Angel Policy
Buyer has read and agrees with our Angel Policy.
